We are looking at adding some regularly scheduled evening activities and need some volunteer leads for bean bag, billiards, crafts and games night. Contact us if you are interested and have questions.
Volunteer Opportunities
- In-House Bingo
- Role: We have regular volunteers for card sales, Nevadas, and our concession, but having some back ups is helpful. If you are interested: Concession Help: Arrive 10:30am. Done by 2pm. Nevadas: Arrive 11:30am. Done by 2pm. Bingo Card Sales: Arrive 11:30am. Done by 3pm.
- Commitment: Back Up Volunteers
- Pancake Breakfast July 31st
- Role: Need some help for our Annual Pancake Breakfast. Nevada ticket seller 8-10am. TV Raffle & 50/50 Ticket sellers 8-10am. Kitchen helpers 7am-11am.
- Commitment: One morning. :)
- Building Handyman
- Role: Help out repairing small things, being available when inspections or work is being done at the centre.
- Commitment: Varied Schedule
- Eat to Live Wednesday
- Role: Clean-up, Set-up and Serve (no table and chairs involved). 9:30am to 2pm Nevada Ticket Sellers TV Raffle & 50/50 Ticket Sellers These volunteers have their meal cost reduced to $10 per person. Eat to Live is every Wednesday till May 27, 2026. Summer will be one per month (July & August). Back to weekly September 16, 2026.
