Movement Mondays

Fall & Winter Session!  We have Marlee with “Level-Up with Marlee” joining us bi-weekly for some light exercise and fun activities.

Save when you sign up before Oct 12th!
Sessions Sept 21 to Dec 14 (10 sessions: 6 with Marlee)
$25 members   $40 non-members

AFTER Oct 12 everyone is a drop in fee of $5 per class.

Wear comfy clothes and bring clean indoor shoes.
Includes bottle of water & apple/orange or cheese stick.

Register at the front desk Monday to Thursday 11am to 2pm.
